Nakheel Community Management (NCM), has announced a three-year sponsorship of the UAE Netball Federation, the national governing body of netball within the Emirates, as part of its commitment to promoting health, fitness and wellbeing for the citizens, residents and visitors of Dubai, as well as NCM’s aim to become the home of netball in the UAE.

Nakheel Community Management (NCM) won the Gold award for the Best Community Management Company of the year, at the prestigious International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS) 2023.

Nakheel Community Management (NCM) partnered with Emirates Dubai 7s as presenting partner for the second year running to support the biggest sports and entertainment festival in the Middle East. Taking place at The Sevens Stadium, Dubai, Nakheel sponsored the Emirates Dubai 7s Netball tournament which saw 85 top-class netball teams competing on the four courts of the Sevens Stadium across the three days.

In an industry first, NCM has held Service Excellence Awards, to recognise and honour top performing service providers, who are currently working in Nakheel’s communities.

LiveWell with Nakheel, a health and wellness initiative across Nakheel’s communities in Dubai, hosted a hair and skin health event at Sal’s Bistro in Jumeirah Islands. Guest speakers Charlotte Mahaini, Hair Specialist, and Uma Ghosh, Holistic Beauty Educator, joined Irina Sharma, co-curator of LiveWell with Nakheel and integrative health coach.

LiveWell with Nakheel held another health-focused talks at the Crystal Dome in Nakheel Mall, focused on the importance of hormones on human health. The free event drew a large audience, curious to learn more about how hormones contribute to our overall health and wellbeing.

Nakheel Community Management was awarded the international WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management for 365 buildings by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement, and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment. Nakheel Community Management was the first management company to be awarded the WELL Health & Safety certification.
